Twisted Pictures is an American independent production company. The company was formed in 2004 after the box office success of Saw, and they are known for their focus on production of films of the horror genre.
Horror titles produced by Twisted Pictures include:
- Dead Silence - $22 million worldwide
- Saw 1-7 - $873 million worldwide
- Chain Letter - $585k worldwide
- Texas Chainsaw 3D - $31 million worldwide
- Repo! The Genetic Opera - $188k worldwide
After researching Twisted Pictures, I found that the company focuses around the horror genre, which means in theory it may be suitable to produce my own horror film. However, with only a limited number of films produced by this company, it does not have the same amount of experience in the industry that companies such as Lionsgate have, and therefore may not be the best option for my film.
